The Junior Library of Somerville School, Noida celebrated Library Week 2025 from 3rd November to 8th November, with the theme “Unlock the Treasure of Reading.” The week highlighted the magic of stories, imagination, and creativity in young minds.

Students from Classes I to V participated enthusiastically in a series of engaging activities — from coloring fables and designing paper puppets to crafting imaginative bookmarks, posters, and book covers. Each activity encouraged children to explore the joy of reading through creativity and expression.

The display boards came alive with vibrant artwork, thoughtful messages, and colorful designs, reflecting the overwhelming participation and excitement of the students. To appreciate their efforts, badges were awarded to the best entries from each section across all grades, recognizing creativity, originality, and enthusiasm.

The week-long celebration truly captured the essence of reading — reminding everyone that the library is “where imagination lives.”
