God’s Love is indiscriminate. He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous’
(Mark 5:45). We share in and express the indiscriminate love of the father, who does not Love us, because we are ‘Loveable’ but because He is Love.

Observation of Classes/ Spot Checking of Notebooks/ Files
Principal
The Principal, Vice Principal, the Head Mistress and the Head of the Departments observed the classes of the teachers of all Classes.
Special note was made regarding Class control and clarity of expression. The classes of Teachers on Probation were observed more than once.
Feedback was given to the teachers. Suggestions were made on how to improve on the shortcomings of the teachers
All meetings were tabled and signed. Lesson Plans were to be submitted in time and Log Books were to be maintained regularly.
The 1st meeting was held in the presence of the Principal. After that regular, weekly and monthly meetings were held to check the files,
give instructions, check the worksheets and depute duties regarding the examination schedule. Parallel remedial teaching in mathematics was
introduced last year and is being continued this year for classes VI, VII & VIII.
Files
HOD’s take up all files before the First term and Final term Examination. The teachers are required to sign the completion of syllabus circular;
the HOD’s do random checking of the Answer Sheets of Periodic Tests/ Examinations. The Headmistress takes up notebooks and does a spot check.
Headmistress’s – Report
Students are provided access to high quality education that has breadth, depth, and opportunity and is holistic in its preparation of students for the future.
We value creativity and team building skills, as reflected in the rich and extensive range of extra–curricular activities.
The School’s Motto “Love One Another” reflects the values of the school. It is taught to the students in their Value Education classes.
All the classes were observed by the Headmistress round the year and teachers were given tips to improve their class room performance as and when required.
The coordinators were told to ensure that the same work was done in all the classes. The coordinators were told to get the work approved by the Headmistress
before giving it to the children.
